Bobby is originally from Dawson, Texas and joins the Profiles team as the Vice President of Consulting Services for the Enterprise Solutions division. Bobby has an extensive back ground serving in various positions with The Dwyer Group (Franchise Systems Manager, Franchise Consultant, Product Support Manager, Project Manager/Business Analyst, IT Manager, and Technology Solutions Manager) over his 9 years with the company. Most recently he has served as the Executive Vice President of a Training and Consulting firm located in Waco where he supported a group of strategic partners in 19 different countries.
Bobby holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration. He has over 15 years experience in franchising and supporting businesses in the area of business development, training, strategy, and places a very high personal standard on team development and the customer service he provides to both internal and external customers.
Bobby is happily married to his high school sweetheart Tanya and they have 2 children: Daven (15) and Keaghan (8). Bobby spends most of his free time watching his children in sports, out on the lake, riding motorcycles or at church.
