Karen Workman is a co-founder of 20/10 Consulting where she brings her 18+ years of experience in leadership, organization development and human resources to assist organizations and professionals. Karen graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Computer Science. She also has a MBA from Marshall University and has completed an Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Karen started her professional career as a systems analyst for American Systems Engineering Corporation (which became part of SAIC) and was quickly promoted to the Corporate MIS Director for the growing company. She has also worked in the natural gas industry for Columbia Gas Transmission, where she was Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Organization Development. As a key part of the leadership team, she designed, developed and facilitated the implementation of change management and leadership development strategies that dramatically transformed the division from a bankrupt, command and control utility company to one that was customer focused, employee oriented and an industry leader in profitability. In 2000, Karen started her own consulting business, assisting both national and international clients.
In 2008, Karen merged with Pertee Performance Group to form 20/10 Consulting. Her expertise includes leadership coaching, career counseling, facilitative leadership skills, strategic alignment for senior leaders, change leadership processes, team development programs, large group problem solving work, and project start-up methodologies.

Gina has over twelve years of experience as a leader in Organization Development and Human Resources. She has been a consultant and coach for various domestic and multi-national service, manufacturing and utility organizations. She is recognized for her ability to positively impact bottom line results and has provided consulting services to companies in varying stages of development, including start-up, high growth, downsizing and turnarounds. Gina has been a trusted advisor and partner to executives and has been involved in strategic, projects both in the United States and abroad.
Her work with domestic and multi-national leaders and teams has focused on the successful execution and implementation of organizational change initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, the development of leadership skills for executives to front-line leadership and the promotion and cultivation of team-based work environments. She also has extensive experience in the alignment of the organizational systems and programs with a company’s business strategy. Gina is all about reaching goals and commitments and doing so in the right way.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and undergraduate degrees from Wheeling Jesuit University and Marshall University.
